Scope of Work

Construction of 7 buildings totaling 13,186 SF: LSnack Bar /Restrooms/Ticket Booths , M1 Snack Bar/Restrooms, M2 Snack Bar/Restrooms, P Team Room/Storage, Q1Athletic Training/Storage, Q2 Maintenance /Grounds Shop and TPress Box Tower, as well as construction of concrete baseball and softball dugouts and site utility and surface improvements to support the stadium, baseball field, softball field and maintenance yard. The project will also include construction of outdoor bleachers and sports lighting, with alternates including addition bleachers, shade structure, and tennis court lighting.

Prequalification Requirements:  Pre-Qualification is required for this project for General Contractors and Subcontractors holding the following licenses:  C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-43, C-46.  You can check your prequalification status using this link:  filedownload.ashx (madera.k12.ca.us)

In the event of a conflict between or among any of the project bid documents, subcontractor/supplier’s bid or proposal shall be deemed to include the more stringent requirement. Subcontractor/supplier further agrees that it is its responsibility to verify with the awarding authority the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor/supplier shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the AMG & Associates Bid Center or Project tabs. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
