Scope of Work

The Scope of the work includes but is not limited to remodel of (E) buildings M & N into CTE classroom spaces, convert existing CMU enclosed building space into a new enclosed entry and Fabrication Support Classroom to building M. New construction in building M to be wood framed, Type V-B, sprinklered construction. Site work will include construction of a new ramp, outdoor collaboration space, new landscape and (2) 20×20 PC shade structures. Phase 4 – Rehabilitation: Installation of structural reinforcement at existing building M & N, including demolition and patching/repair required for access to structural components. Installation of new roof sheathing, roofing material and flashing, including roofing material & flashing at roof eaves. Patching/repairing of exterior walls. Modification of existing restrooms to meet ADA requirements and modification of existing parking lot to meet ADA requirements. Seismic rehabilitation of building M & N to comply with ASCE 41-13 and requirements for SMP funding.

Prequalification Requirements: Pre-Qualification is required on this project for General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Underground Pipeline Contractor/Subcontractor Licenses (License Classifications A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 and C-46). If your license classification is required, and you are not on the prequalification list , you must submit a prequalification packet no later than February 16th Visit:  to download the prequal package.

It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
