Scope of Work

Mod Building A – Including but not limited to updated HVAC units, new int finishes (flooring and paint) updated countertops. Fire alarm replacement. Mod Building B – Including but not limited to new stud walls, selective ceiling replacement, int door and window frames, updating existing casework countertops, new sinks in proposed Flex Class, new roofing system and HVAC units, interior paint, flooring, updated lighting fixtures, signage, etc. In addition, the sprinkler system will be updated to accommodate new enclosed classrooms. Fire alarm replacement. Mod Building C- Updated wall finishes and countertops. Fire alarm replacement. All portable buildings, with the exception of existing portable building #10, will receive updated finishes and fire alarm replacement. Additional modernization items:  Replace exterior drinking fountains.  Site improvements included but are limited to accessible Signage and minor renovations at accessible parking stalls

Prequalification Requirements: Pre-Qualification is required on this project for General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Sheet Metal and Underground Pipeline Contractor/Subcontractor Licenses (License Classifications A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 and C-46). In the event of a conflict between or among any of the project bid documents, subcontractor/supplier’s bid or proposal shall be deemed to include the more stringent requirement. Subcontractor/supplier further agrees that it is its responsibility to verify with the awarding authority the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor/supplier shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the AMG & Associates Bid Center or Project tabs. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
