Executive Management Team
President / CEO Albert Giacomazzi has been in executive management in the construction industry since 1988. Mr. Giacomazzi has successfully completed and managed over $500 million construction projects for local, state, and federal agencies. In addition to completing projects for numerous state and local bodies, Mr. Giacomazzi has completed work for the following federal organizations: Air Force, Army, Army and Air Force Exchange Service, Defense Commissary Agency, GSA, Marine Corps, NASA, Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, USFPO, and the US Postal Service.
Mr. Giacomazzi has extensive experience with almost every aspect of the construction industry including identifying new trends, pre-construction services, construction management, design team interface, Owner relationships, bidding and estimating operations/processes, subcontractor management and payables, resolution of subcontractor (s) disputes, buy-out processes, all aspects of field operations/means and methods, CPM and short interval scheduling, design- build, value engineering, and dispute resolution. Mr. Giacomazzi has the following active licenses; General Engineering A, General Construction B, Asbestos and Hazard Abatement. Mr. Giacomazzi has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management. He is currently completing his MBA.

Vice-President / Treasurer Anthony Traverso has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry on both public and private sector projects. Mr. Traverso’s work experience includes both corporate office and field experience. Mr. Traverso has been an integral part in the successful completion of over $300 million in construction projects while working in the corporate office including all aspects of running a mid-sized construction firm; and over $25 million in field experience working as a project manager.
Mr. Traverso has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University at Chico and a minor in Business Development and Economics. As Vice President of AMG, Mr. Traverso is involved in every aspect of business operations including estimating, procurement, project management, scheduling, accounting, human resources snd corporate strategy and planning.

Vice-President / Secretary Gregory Barrow has over thirty-five years of progressive experience in the management of large scale private and public works project. Mr. Barrow began his construction career as a tradesman and has knowledge and experience in every aspect of field operations. As a Senior Project Manager for over ten years, Mr. Barrow has worked on projects for the California school system, Army, Air Force, Navy, National Guard, GSA, NASA, US Army Corps of Engineers, USFPO, and many other government agencies as well as several private commercial developers.
As Vice President of Construction Field Operations, Mr. Barrow has drawn on his extensive work experience to successfully implement systems and procedures designed to improve the efficiency of his projects, optimize scheduling, and streamline tracking and reporting. Mr. Barrow maintains a proactive, hands-on approach to his projects. His ethics and cooperative attitude are infectious to all members of the project team.
